The food here is amazing! This is what happens when you can’t choose from the menu. I have been going to CO since the park road location opened.
I make the drive to meet friends in Waverly. Our server Q was phenomenal- she made me two drinks that were fire 🔥
The chef came out to check the food and it was super dope! Also the head chef is A WOMAN!!!!! 😬 we love! 💕
Go try the food! You won’t regret it 🙃
Horrible experience. Only saw high school kids running the place and that makes sense judging by the quality of the food and wait times. 30 min wait when no other food was being served.. that for uncooked noodles, gross chicken and a portion size that's not worthy of the cost. $20+ for an appetizer size noodle salad. The portion of noodles that were not fully cooked, might have been a 1/4 cup.
Kids running in and out of the place just chatting with everyone here who was working. It's odd to say a restaurant was unprofessional? But that's what this place is.
I’ve been eating at the Park Rd location since they’ve opened. I love it. This was my first time at the Waverly location and most likely my last. It was a completely different vibe and I was not impressed at all. For starters we ordered a bottle of wine. After ordering our waiter came back to tell us they were out of that bottle. So we picked another one. A few minutes laterour waiter then returned with an already opened bottle of the first wine we order, said they ended up finding one in the back. He didn’t even check to see if we were still interested in the first bottle. He also just placed the bottle on the table with two glasses and walked away. No offer of a taste test or to pour our first glasses for us. When it came time to order our food I asked him about one of the sushi rolls and he described a completely different roll. I had to point out that the roll I was asking about didn’t have half the things he listed. Once our rolls arrived we realized there was no soy sauce or small dishes on our table for it. We tried flagging down our waiter and ended up having to ask one of the other waiters to bring it. I usually love the sushi rolls I get at the Park Road location but the ones here were just “okay”. Once you picked them up they stared falling apart. There was also a ton of sauce on the rolls overpowering the flavor of the sushi all together. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Took my daughter out for a birthday dinner at CO…very nice place, great location, and we were able to enjoy dinner sitting outside on the patio. Our server Taylor was excellent making sure we had everything we needed. Decided to order a number of plates to sample and share so we selected five different small plates, appetizers, and main dishes. Taylor did a great job spacing the dishes out and bringing something new when we had finished. The dishes we had…
Pork & Ginger Goyza (pan fried): These were exceptional. The outer skin was perfect with just enough crust and the pork & ginger center was delectable.
Pork & Crab Spring Roll: Unimpressed…the insides were a bit gooey and there wasn’t much flavor here.
Buns Pork Belly: Very good…nice flavors and the pork belly was very tender. A bit more Hoisin sauce would have really made these extremely good.
Thai Basic Chicken: Overall the dish was OK but a bit salty.
Bahn Mi Katsu (crispy chicken): I love Vietnamese sandwiches, this was disappointing and the flavors were bland.
Overall you can get a good and somewhat unusual meal here, but I didn’t see the consistency in offerings to make this place exceptional.

Beware of hidden fees! We called in a takeout order and I was shocked to find an 8% “Take Out Fee” added to our bill! No where on their website, menu, or inside does it say anything about a fee for taking food away! For food that is already significantly overpriced ($2.16 Per wing for the Malaysian Chili Wings!), this just adds insult to injury. We used to dine here often but will never go back with these ridiculous prices and hidden fees.
Co is a great spot in Waverly. We’ve primarily hit it up for happy hour specials. The original cocktail drink specials and happy hour bar menu are fantastic.
This includes sushi and maki rolls as well as fresh sashimi and fried appetizers. The best things we’ve ordered are the Super Crunch Roll and Salmon Carpaccio.
Service is great but parking can be rough if you’re there on a Friday or Saturday at peak times.
A great place for an outdoor lunch with some friends. The outdoor seating was comfortable and we got good service.
The appetizers, the crispy edamame spring rolls and the Malaysian chili wings were excellent in both taste and presentation. I ordered the Samurai Supreme sushi rolls. They were good, but left me craving for more unagi. A great meal overall
